Delicious, individually hook and line caught, wild, sustainable Alaskan black cod or sablefish. Sablefish is also known as butter fish because of their high oil content. They're an Alaskan delicacy. This specialty cut works wonderfully in fish tacos or marinated and grilled.
There are 2 options for Sablefish Add-Ons:
Sablefish pieces: These pieces are vacuum sealed together into a 1-1.5 lb package
7-9 oz portions: Flash frozen and vacuum sealed
They have an industry standard shelf life of 2 years, meaning they will remain high quality for the duration of the shelf life.
